Buford’s Star Junior Interior Lineman: Noah Nixon

Noah Nixon is a 2027 recruit who plays Interior Offensive Line at Buford High School. Nixon is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2027 and is ranked among one of the top Interior Offensive Linemen in the class as well. In addition, Nixon is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Georgia and is listed among one of the top Interior Offensive Linemen in the state of Georgia. He holds offers from schools such as Florida State, Pitt and Purdue.

Who are some role models in your life?
I think my biggest role model is my dad because he is a hard worker, and I base myself off of him.

What are the strengths of your game?
My strengths are definitely my technique and my aggressiveness.

What is your favorite memory of your career?
I think my favorite career moment was when my team at FBU beat GMSSA.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
I think the best player I went against is the person I go against every day at practice: Bryce Perry-Wright. He pushes me hard, and we make each other better.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
I would say nothing is given—you have to work for it.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I think I would want to go to Fiji.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
Ever since I stepped on the field, I knew I was meant for the sport.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
When the Patriots came back in the Super Bowl and beat the Falcons.
