Brentwood Academy’s Star Freshman Quarterback: George Macintyre
George Macintyre is a 2025 recruit who plays Quarterback at Brentwood Academy High School. Macintyre is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2025 and is ranked among one of the top Quarterbacks in the class as well. In addition, Macintyre is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Tennessee and is listed among one of the top Quarterbacks in the state of Tennessee. He currently holds offers from Pitt and Toledo, as well as a basketball offer from Arizona State.
Growing up, were you inspired by any NFL Players?
I have been inspired by many players throughout my life, especially Tom Brady, he’s been the best since before I was even born.
What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
Pregame music is vital, I go through a mix of Tee Grizzley with the team, Christian Rap, and right before the game a little bit of Classical music.
What is your offseason training like?
Offseason right now is looking like, lifting 5 days a week, with basketball after 3 days and football after 3 days, along with stretching at PT 6 times a week.
Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
In football the best player I’ve played against is probably Marcel Reed.
What was your reaction to getting your first offer?
It was a really great feeling for sure. One I’ll remember for a long time.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
Tom Brady, dude just wins, and I would love to learn some of his tactics.
What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
When my Uncle was the Head Coach at Colorado, and my cousin started at Slot, they beat Oregon in Eugene en route to a record setting season.
