Who are some role models in your life?
My biggest role models are definitely my father and mother, along with my two brothers. Their sacrifices to allow me to play drive me to be the greatest I can be.
What artists do you listen to pregame to get hyped up?
I’m not your typical pregame music guy—I listen to country music. It helps me lock in and stay focused.
What are the strengths of your game?
My biggest strength is route running. No matter the route, I’ll run it to the best of my ability and get open under any circumstances.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
Scoring my first varsity touchdown in high school and looking up at the stands to see my mom. That moment meant everything.
Who is the best player you’ve ever played with or against?
Winston Watkins Jr. and Logan Bartley. Competing against them pushed me and helped elevate my game.
What advice would you give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Never be scared of your competition. My dad always told me, “Scared money don’t make money,” and I live by that every rep. Trust your ability and go all out, no matter who’s across from you.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Greece. I’ve always wanted to explore the culture and scenery there.
How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I fell in love with football in 7th grade. I grew up in a small mountain town in Colorado, but moving to Naples, FL for better competition showed me that if you want to go far, you have to put your head down and grind.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
Either Tim Tebow or Tom Brady. They both love the game and speak openly about their faith, which really resonates with me.
What is your favorite sports moment as a fan?
Watching my little brother’s basketball and baseball games. Seeing him chase his dreams is something I’ll always cherish.
