Jayshon Gibson is a 2027 recruit who plays Running Back at Richland High School. Gibson is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2027 and is ranked among one of the top Running Backs in the class as well. In addition, Gibson is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Texas and is listed among one of the top Running Backs in the state of Texas. He currently holds offers from TCU and Texas State.

My parents are my biggest role models.

What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

The artists I listen to pregame are NBA YoungBoy and Rylo Rodriguez.

What are the strengths of your game?

The biggest strengths of my game are my vision, shiftiness and IQ.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

My favorite memory of my career was winning the Heisman in peewee.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?

I’d say the best players I’ve played with are Boobie Feaster and Trent Yancey.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?

Work hard and use other people’s success as motivation.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

If I could travel anywhere in the world, I would probably want to go to Hawaii or New York.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?

I fell in love with the game of football at the age of three.

I would want to meet Blake Corum or Saquon Barkley.
