Alexander Herrera is a 2027 recruit who plays Offensive Tackle at Crowley High School. Herrera is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2027 and is ranked among one of the top Offensive Tackles in the class as well. In addition, Herrera is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Texas and is listed among one of the top Offensive Tackles in the state of Texas. He currently holds an offer from Texas Tech.

Who are some role models in your life?

My mom, she’s always there to support me and always finds ways to keep me in a positive mindset.

What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

Young Dolph, Lil Wayne and Gucci Mane

What are the strengths of your game?

The speed, agility and footwork I have for my size. Also my ability to take in knowledge and be coachable.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

Receiving my first D1 offer from Texas Tech.

My teammate Antayvious Ellis

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?

Always work hard and believe in yourself and trust in the man above.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

Jamaica

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?

I just recently found my love for the game I’ve been a basketball player since I was 6 years old.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

Seeing Patrick Mahomes bring home back to back Super Bowls.
