Zach Weeks is a 4 Star recruit who plays Linebacker at Oconee County High School. Weeks is ranked as the 353rd best recruit in the nation and is ranked as a top 40 Linebacker in the nation as well. In addition, Weeks is listed as a top 50 recruit in the state of Georgia and is listed as a top 10 Linebacker in the state of Georgia. He has signed with LSU.
Who are some role models in your life?
I would say my biggest role model is my dad. He guides me and pushes me to be the best version of myself.
What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
Pregame is always some AC/DC and Motley Crue.
What are the strengths of your game?
I think my strengths are the speed, intensity and physicality I play with.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite memory was my first snap as a varsity starter, and getting a pick 6 in front of warrior stadium.
Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
The best player l’ve ever played with is definitely my brother Whit, he put on a show every time he went out there.
What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
My advice would be to never stop working because that’s the only thing you can control and good things come to those who work hard.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
If I could travel anywhere in the world it would be somewhere tropical so l could go scuba diving.
How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I fell in love with the game probrolly in 5th or 6th grade because that’s when I really got the hang of it and started balling.
What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
My favorite sports moment as a fan was when LSU beat Alabama in overtime and they rushed the field.
