Jameer Cantrell is a 2027 recruit who is an Athlete at Buford High School. Cantrell is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2027 and is ranked among one of the top Athletes in the class as well. In addition, Cantrell is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Georgia and is listed among one of the top Athletes in the state of Georgia. He currently holds offers from Maryland, Arkansas and Charlotte.
Who are some role models in your life?
Some of my role models are my little league coaches.
What are the strengths of your game?
One of my biggest strengths is my speed.
Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
The best players I’ve played with would be my teammates from classes 2024-2027, because of how loaded we are as a team. The best player I would say I’ve played against is Brayden Tyson in little league.
What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
You have to battle through adversity in order to make yourself great.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would travel to Cancun, I think it would be a fun family trip.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
I would love to either meet Bo Jackson or Marshawn Lynch.
What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
My favorite sports moment has to be when Ohio State missed the game winning field goal on new years.
