Saint Michael’s Star Safety: Remington Moss

Remington Moss is a 4 Star recruit who plays Safety at Saint Michael the Archangel Catholic High School. Moss is ranked as the 394th best recruit in the nation and is ranked as a top 35 Safety in the nation as well. In addition, Moss is listed as a top 10 recruit in the state of Virginia and is listed as the #3 Safety in the state of Virginia. He is committed to play at Wisconsin.

Who are some role models in your life?

My brother and sister are major role models.

What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

I listen to mainly Lucki, Glokk40Spazz, Chief Keef, and Pooh Shiesty before games.

What are the strengths of your game?

Some of the strengths of my game are my IQ and versatility.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

My favorite memory was when i went to a Duquesne football camp and balled out before my sophmore season. One of the coaches told me I was way too young and that they knew I wouldnt be going here for college and I had crazy potential. Once a college coach said that, I knew that nothing should hold me back.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?

The best player I’ve ever played with is Giyahni Kontosis.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?

You have to consistently outwork everybody.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

If I could travel anywhere, it would be to the Bahamas.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?

I really fell in love with the game at 13 years old.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

I would love to meet Tyrann Mathieu and Jalen Ramsey. 

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

My favorite sports moment is watching LSU win the National Championship.
