Carson Lawrence is a 4 Star recruit who plays Safety at McCallie School. Lawrence is ranked as the 322nd best recruit in the nation and is ranked as a top 30 Safety in the nation as well. In addition, Lawrence is listed as a top 10 recruit in the state of Tennessee and is listed as the #3 Safety in the state of Tennessee. He is committed to play at Vanderbilt.

Who are some role models in your life?

My role models are my definitely my parents.

What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

Some of my go to artists are Jdot Breezy, Real Boston Richey and Youngboy Never Broke Again.

My range and physicality

What is your favorite memory of your career?

I think my favorite football memory was this year, when I was fortunate enough to get the game sealing interception against our rival school who had beat us the year before. That win meant the world to my teammates and I.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?

For played against, l’d have to say Amari Jefferson and for playing with, I would say Marcellus Barnes who’s like a brother to me.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?

Don’t compare your journey to others.
