USF’s Next Star Kicker: Nico Gramatica

Nico Gramatica is a 3 Star recruit who played Kicker at Cambridge Christian School. Gramatica is ranked among one of the top recruits in the nation and is ranked as a top 10 Kicker in the nation as well. In addition, Gramatica is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Florida and is listed as the #1 Kicker in the state of Florida. He has signed with USF.

Who are some role models in your life?

My dad is a huge role model for me. He has helped me with everything in life.

What are the strengths of your game?

One of the biggest strengths of my game is my consistency.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

Just spending time with the team and enjoying the bonding experiences. I also had the opportunity to play with my brother for two years.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?

Your diet is key to your game.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

Greece

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?

I grew up a soccer player and became a football player sophomore year.
