James Branch is a 2027 recruit who plays Wide Receiver at St. Frances Academy. Branch is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2027 and is ranked among one of the top Wide Receivers in the class as well. In addition, Branch is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Maryland and is listed among one of the top Wide Receivers in the state of Maryland. He holds offers from schools such as Michigan, Penn State and Miami.

Who are some role models in your life?

One of my role models is my dad. He helps guide me through life and shows me not just the positives, but the negatives as well.

What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

Pregame, I’ll listen to motivational speaker David Goggins.

What are the strengths of your game?

My strengths are my hands and my ability to read the offense.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

My favorite memory of my career was when I scored 4 touchdowns in a game, when I was 6 years old.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?

Don’t make excuses and be willing to put in the work, even when nobody is watching.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

If I could travel anywhere in the world, I would go to London.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?

I fell in love with football at 5 years old. I remember being at my aunts house, asking her constantly when does practice start.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

If I could meet one sports hero, it would be Steve Smith Sr. I’ve looked up to him since I was little.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

My favorite sports moment as a fan, was Jacoby Jones’s 56 yard touchdown catch in the Super Bowl against the 49ers.
