Justin Willis is a 2025 recruit who plays Punter at Willis High School. Willis is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2025 and is ranked as the 6th best Punter in the class as well. In addition, Willis is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Texas and is listed as the #1 Punter in the state of Texas.

Who are some role models in your life?

My father is my role model in life, but for my craft I would have to say it all started with J.K. Scott who has been my role model since he punted for Alabama.

What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

Lil Wayne and Meek Mill, but I secretly sneak some Taylor Swift and Katy Perry in there sometimes.

What are the strengths of your game?

I can focus even when it’s a tense moment. As far as strengths of my kicks, hang time is probably my strong suit in punting.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

I have two memories, my first touchback on a kickoff and a go-ahead PAT in one of my first seasons as a kicker way back in PeeWee football.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?

Be honest with yourself about where you stand amongst your peers. Be humble as you work on improving. Belonging to a team where you are wanted and will play has to be the most important thing.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

France- I have always wanted to go tour the country and I hear the food is great too!

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?

When I was 9 years old watching an Alabama game with my dad

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

J.K. Scott. He is the whole reason I do what I do. It would be cool to tell him that someday.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

Game winning field goals.
