Elijah Melendez is a 2025 recruit who plays Linebacker at Osceola High School. In addition, Melendez is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Florida and is listed among one of the top Linebackers in the state of Florida. Definitely my first practice at Osceola when I realized the difference from Florida and Colorado football.

I’ve played with John Walker, Jah Jackson, Taevion Swint, and Derrick LeBlanc.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?

Do the very most, have the trait of doing what nobody else likes to do, even the little things.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

I would travel to Puerto Rico, where my mom’s from.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?

I fell in love with the game in 1st grade, while playing recess football.

Justin Flowe

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

My favorite moment was when the Patriots caught the pick on the slant against the Seahawks in the Super Bowl.
