What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Trust the process. There have been so many times I didn’t feel like working out, or didn’t want to go to practice. Times where I thought I wasn’t getting better; just average. Hard work really does pay off. I wouldn’t be where I am today if I didn’t just shut up, stop telling myself I couldn’t do it and just put in the work. It’ll all pay off in due time.
