Wakeland’s Star Offensive Tackle: Connor Stroh

Connor Stroh is a 3 Star recruit who plays Offensive Tackle at Wakeland High School. Stroh is ranked among the top 600 recruits in the nation and is ranked among the top 50 Offensive Tackles in the nation as well. In addition, Stroh is listed among the top 90 recruits in the state of Texas and is listed as the #4 Offensive Tackle in the state of Texas. Connor Stroh is committed to play at Texas next fall.

What is your offseason training like?

Usually I have a workout with my school and then most days I do extra training, either lifting or doing O-line specific work.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

Beating Highland Park in the second round of playoffs

I’ve played against Bear Alexander

What was your reaction to getting your first offer?

I thought that it was very surreal and that my dreams were coming true

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

My parents went to A&M so I used to be a fan of them, and so I would say watching Johnny Manziel beat Alabama.
