Kameron Austin is a 2024 recruit who plays Cornerback at Bergen Catholic High School. Austin is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2024 and is ranked among one of the top Cornerbacks in the class as well. In addition, Austin is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of New Jersey and is listed among one of the top Cornerbacks in the state of New Jersey.

Growing up, were you inspired by any NFL Players?

Yes, I was inspired by players like Odell and Jalen Ramsey.

What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

Ima Boss by Meek Mill or the classic Dreams and Nightmares

What is your offseason training like?

Working hard to put on muscle and getting back to where I was before I got hurt

What is your favorite memory of your career?

Of my playing career, an interception I got freshman year, but overall is my team winning the state championship

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career? 

Not counting Bergen players, I can say Chris Perelta is the best player I’ve played with.

Fried Chicken

When did you realize you were talented at football?

7th grade

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

Either Kobe Bryant or Odell, to see how they got through adversity and how they maintained that killer mindset

When I saw my guy Kaj Sanders get the game clinching interception against Seton Hall Prep
