Justin Baker is a 2025 recruit who plays Running Back at Buford High School. Baker is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2025 and is ranked among one of the top Running Backs in the class as well. In addition, Baker is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Georgia and is listed among one of the top Running Backs in the state of Georgia. His top offers are, Penn State, USC, and Arkansas.
Growing up, were you inspired by any NFL Players?
Matt Forte no question, I could see a lot of him in me because of how versatile he is. Power, vision, and really an every down back
What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
Really, I have a changing playlist of mostly Youngboy and 21 Savage
What is your offseason training like?
I like to think that the offseason is where you solidify yourself for next season, so it’s honestly brutal, especially these last 3 summers.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite memory from my career is the 7th grade FBU championship, where I had come off an injury and rushed for 3 TDs and about 150 yards.
Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
Honestly, the best player I’ve played with or against is either Jadon Perlotte or Eddrick Houston. Eddrick is a Defensive End that is just a game wrecker in every way and is impossible to block. Jadon is an Outside Linebacker who can really play Safety if he wanted to. What makes them both great, is that they’re both 6’4 and 6’5 and very athletic.
What was your reaction to getting your first offer?
My reaction was really disbelief and weird because I had been working so hard to get there, it took a while to realize that I had more work to do.
What is your favorite food?
Bacon Burgers no question
When did you realize you were talented at football?
When I was 10, I realized I was really good at the sport because I had done things that had gotten the attention of the high school while I was in 5th grade.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
Saquon Barkley so I can learn how he’s able to move so well, while being big
What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
As a fan my favorite moment is definitely Auburn vs Alabama, when Auburn took the field goal all the way back.
