Noard is ranked among one of the top recruits in the nation and is ranked among one of the top Point Guards in the nation as well. In addition, Noard is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Illinois and is listed among one of the top Point Guards in the state of Illinois. Cooper Noard is committed to play at Cornell this fall.
