The Pennington School’s Latest Addition: Keon Kenner
Keon Kenner is a 2025 recruit who is an Athlete at The Pennington School. Kenner is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2025 and is ranked among one of the top Athletes in the class as well. In addition, Kenner is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of New Jersey and is listed among one of the top Athletes in the state of New Jersey. He currently holds offers from Boston College and Jacksonville State.
Growing up, were you inspired by any NFL Players?
Definitely Marshawn Lynch, everybody use to compare me to him. I even established the name Beastmode from it.
What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
I think the song that gets me the most hype is Chief Keef Faneto. I always listen to it before games.
What is your offseason training like?
Usually it’s a mix of lifting and conditioning, but this offseason it’s all conditioning.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite memory of my career was definitely 7th grade when my team only had 16 players (about 4 of the 16 actually played football) and we still won the championship and formed a brotherhood.
When did you realize you were talented at football?
I was about 3 or 4 when I started playing football, and I knew early that I was talented.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
Probably Derrick Henry, to ask him how hard it was being a big running back growing up.
What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
My favorite moment was watching my favorite team, the Eagles win the Super Bowl.
