The Ranney School´s Next Star Guard: Brandon Klatsky

Brandon Klatsky is a 2022 recruit who plays Point Guard at The Ranney School. Klatsky is ranked among one of the Top recruits in the nation and is ranked among one of the Top Point Guards in the nation as well. In addition, Klatsky is listed among one of the Top recruits in the state of New Jersey and is listed among one of the Top Point Guards in the state of New Jersey. He currently holds an offer from Cal Poly.

Growing up, were you inspired by any NBA Players?

Yes, no doubt Steph Curry. The way that he is able to create and make shots even while being face guarded is just simply amazing and always fascinated me.

What school is your biggest rival?

Biggest Rival would probably have to be Mater Dei due to the constant division clashing that we have had in the past.

What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

 I don’t really have a single song I listen to but Lil Uzi Vert gets me hype.

What do you like to do outside of playing basketball?

Outside of basketball I like to hang out with friends play cards, watch some football, and play some video games.

What is your favorite memory of your career?

Favorite memory would probably have to be going 7 for 7 from three in a game or winning the TOC.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?

Best player I have ever played with is probably Scottie Lewis or Bryan Antoine, and best I have ever competed against is Cade Cunningham when we played Monteverde.

What is your favorite food?

 Favorite food is Sushi

When did you realize you were talented at basketball?

 I realized when I was young because I was constantly competing against the best of the best around the country and I was successful.
