In addition, Madrigal is listed as the #5 Quarterback in the state of Arizona. According to 247 Sports, he has received interest from, Oregon, Oregon State, and Eastern Washington.

Growing up, were you inspired by any NFL Players?

Growing up I was inspired by quite a few players but the main one in specific is Michael Vick. He inspired me the most because just that his game was at a completely different level at the time.

What high school is your biggest rival?

In Washington our biggest rival was usually our two crosstown rivals Eisenhower and Davis. Now that I moved to Cesar Chavez from what I know is that we do not have any rivals.

What songs do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?

The type of songs I listen to before pregame to get me hype is usually any song by Youngboy Never Broke Again gets me really hype.

What is your offseason training like?

My offseason training is really busy. Before I moved to Arizona, in Washington I would usually commute to Seattle which would be 2 1/2 hours just for training on the weekends. Then I would lift with a couple of my friends in my garage back in Yakima.

What is your favorite memory of your high school career, so far?

My favorite memory so far in my high school career is my Freshman and Sophomore year when we would win the City Trophy because we beat our crosstown rivals both so that named us the best high school in our city of Yakima because we beat Davis and Eisenhower. It was an amazing feeling but not only that it gave us bragging rights and most of my friends went to those schools.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your high school career?

The best player I have played with or against in an official high school game is probably Tuna Altahir from Kamiakan in Washington. I do not play defense but he was definitely a beast and he was pretty solid on the defensive side of the ball as well.

What do you look for in choosing a college?

What I look for in choosing a college is how good the relationship is that I have with the coaches there.

When did you start looking at colleges, and when did colleges start looking at you?

I started looking at colleges my freshman year because that’s when I really started to visualize playing at the next level, but schools started showing interest into me this summer before my junior year.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

If I could meet one sports hero it would be Jackie Robinson. I choose Jackie because not only was he a phenomenal baseball player, but he also overcame many things in his life that many thought would not be possible. I woudl ask him plenty of questions on how he overcame those things.
