James Halter is a 2027 recruit who plays Interior Offensive Line at Central Catholic High School. Halter is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2027 and is ranked among one of the top Interior Offensive Linemen in the class as well. In addition, Halter is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Pennsylvania and is listed among one of the top Interior Offensive Linemen in the state of Pennsylvania. He holds offers from schools such as Ohio State, Penn State and Kentucky.
