Jack Mazurek is a 3 Star recruit who plays Interior Offensive Line at Lake Nona High School. Mazurek is ranked among one of the top recruits in the class of 2027 and is ranked among one of the top Interior Offensive Linemen in the class as well. In addition, Mazurek is listed among one of the top recruits in the state of Florida and is listed among one of the top Interior Offensive Linemen in the state of Florida. He holds offers from schools such as Syracuse, Marshall and Southern Miss.

Who are some role models in your life?
Some role models in my life are definitely my grandfather and my parents because they’ve helped me through everything.

What artists do you listen to pregame, to get you hyped up?
Some artists I listen to are Joot Breezy, Lil Baby, and Lil Durk, but I also listen to a lot of country like Luke Combs and Morgan Wallen.

What are the strengths of your game?
Some strengths of my game are definitely my footwork and my IQ to pick up blitzes.

What is your favorite memory of your career?
My favorite memory was either receiving my first offer—which was from the school my grandfather went to—or winning the first district championship in 8 years at my school.

Who is the best player you have ever played with or played against in your career?
The best player I’ve played with or against is definitely Deanthony Lafayette; he’s got the deepest defensive end bag I’ve ever seen, with skill player speed.

What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
The best advice I can give is to just keep grinding and getting better—do everything possible like eating right and watching film as well.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
If I could travel anywhere, it would definitely be the Bahamas because the weather is really nice and it’s a great vacation spot.

How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I fell in love with the game when I was about 5. I was born into a football family, so I was introduced young and I’ve loved it since.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
If I could meet one sports hero, it would be Aaron Rodgers because he’s always been my favorite player.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
My favorite sports memory as a fan is definitely Aaron Rodgers’ Hail Mary vs. the Lions.
