Who are some role models in your life?
Some role models in my life are my parents and my brother. They’ve always supported me and shown me what hard work looks like.
What artists do you listen to pregame to get hyped up?
Drake and Kanye are my go-to pregame artists. They get my mindset locked in.
What are the strengths of your game?
My ability to get open and my hands—being able to make tough catches in key moments.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
Catching the game-winning touchdown against Edison. That’s a moment I’ll never forget.
Who is the best player you have ever played with or against in your career?
The best player I’ve played with is probably Dylan Gardner. He was at Yorba Linda when I was a freshman, and he made a big impact.
What is some advice you would give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Be the hardest worker on the field. Talent matters, but work ethic will separate you.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Ireland—I’d love to golf on some of the world’s most famous courses.
How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
As soon as I could walk. Football’s always been a part of who I am.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
Kobe Bryant. I’d love to sit down and talk with him about his mindset and work ethic.
What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?
Watching the Lions win their first playoff game in a long time.
