Who are some role models in your life?
My mom is my biggest role model. She works so hard to provide for my sister and me, and that pushes me to give everything I’ve got.
What artists do you listen to pregame to get hyped up?
Cee-Lo Green, Future, and DMX are my go-to pregame artists. They help me get locked in and bring the right energy.
What are the strengths of your game?
I’m explosive off the edge. I come out fast and aggressive—ready to make a play every snap.
What is your favorite memory of your career?
Back in youth football, I missed a play and Coach Vaughn let me hear it. I went back in with something to prove and dominated the rest of the game. That lit a fire in me.
Who is the best player you’ve ever played with or against?
Chris Burgess Jr., one of my former teammates. He’s tough as nails and set the standard for what it means to play hard.
What’s some advice you’d give to an aspiring D1 athlete?
Stay focused in school, hit the weight room, and perfect your craft. Every detail matters if you want to play at the next level.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Hawaii—no question. The blue water and peaceful vibe would be amazing.
How old were you when you fell in love with the game?
I was 7 when I first started playing youth football. I’ve been hooked ever since.
If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?
Odell Beckham Jr. I love how explosive he is and the way he plays the game—always electric.
What is your favorite sports moment as a fan?
Definitely when Odell made that iconic one-handed catch.
