In addition, Sims is ranked as a Top 10 Wide Receiver in the state of Virginia. Tariq Sims is committed to play at Old Dominion next fall.

Our biggest Rival is Riverside High school

 First day out Tee Grizzly is the main song

What is your offseason training like?

It really depends on the day some trainings are more intense than the others.

What is your favorite memory of your high school career?

My favorite is scoring the game winning touchdown against Riverside my sophomore year in the first round of playoffs.

What parts of your high school game, do you hope to transition to the college level?

My versatility, Speed, vision, quickness

What made Old Dominion stand out from other schools?

It was one of two FBS schools I had an offer from, I love the new coaching staff, all great coaches and have great backgrounds. ODU is like 15 minutes from the beach.

What do you want to accomplish on and off the field during your time at Old Dominion?

I want to first get my education because that’s what’s gonna get me somewhere in life, other than that I hope to make it to the league and keep on getting better both on and off the field.

If you could meet one sports hero, who would it be?

Would definitely want to meet Christian Mccaffrey, he’s one of the best running backs in the league right now and he’s very similar to my play style running the ball and running amazing routes.

What is your favorite sports moment, as a fan?

Watching the Ravens and San Fran in Super Bowl XLVII
